A look back at the standout knocks and stunning spells of our 2024 season!

Anthem

The Thrissur Titans’ anthem is powered by an incredible trio of talents: lyrics by the acclaimed B K Hari Narayanan, music composed by Niranj Suresh, and vocals delivered with soul and power by Sachin Warrier. But this is more than just a tune. It’s a rousing call that captures the heartbeat of Thrissur, echoing the energy of its people, the pride of its culture, and the indomitable spirit of the Titans. This anthem is our identity in sound. Fiery, festive, and fiercely proud!

wicket Keeper

Varun Nayanar

From Payyanur to the India U-19 squad, Varun Nayanar’s rise has been both electric and inspiring. A top-order batter and agile wicketkeeper, Varun balances instinct with intellect. A former tennis and badminton player, he now channels all that energy behind the stumps and into clean drives. With a deep love for Kane Williamson’s calm, Varun hopes to go one better for TT this year and walk off as player of the final.
Bowler

Vinod Kumar CV

Vinod Kumar CV is no stranger to big tournaments – Ranji Trophy, Syed Mushtaq Ali, Vijay Hazare – you name it. A right-handed all-rounder from Thrissur, he’s as comfortable with a bat as he is with a ball. A firm believer that cricket is beyond life, Vinod mixes old-school grit with modern flair. When he’s not on the field, he’s swimming to unwind or vibing to music. He’s back home now, playing for pride, passion and his people.
Batsman

Arun Poulose

A veteran among the Titans, Arun Poulose brings years of poise and presence to the crease. A right-handed opener from Aluva and a Kerala state player, he’s built a career on reliability and grit. His motto? Get better every day. Off the field, he’s a traveller, soaking in moments. On it, he’s laser-focused on one thing – winning. Arun doesn’t chase the limelight; he builds legacies one innings at a time.
Bowler

Athif Bin Ashraf

From Thrissur’s streets to the state circuit, Athif Bin Ashraf is a bowler who merges aggression with rhythm. A right-arm fast bowler and a lower-order swing bat, he’s known for crucial breakthroughs. Inspired by Glenn McGrath and Neymar alike, his style is part control, part flair. Off the field, he’s into fashion, football and fishing. But on match days, he’s all in – for wickets, for pride, for Thrissur.
Batsman

Aju Paulose

Aju Paulose is a top-order batter from Adimaly with a hunger for the big stage. Having represented Kerala across U-19, U-25 and university levels, his game is built on grit, timing, and self-belief. He travels as much as he reads, bringing worldly calm into high-pressure games. Backed by years of cricketing hustle, Aju’s mission this season is clear – stack up the runs and hoist the trophy while the big names watch from the stands.
All Rounder

Sijomon Joseph

A silent assassin from Pala, Sijomon Joseph brings craft and composure to the Titans’ middle order. A left-handed bat and left-arm spinner, he thrives in tough spots – the kind that demand both skill and steel. His mantra, ‘Everything is within ourselves,’ shows in the way he plays: quiet, focused and effective. Off-duty, you might find him lost in a film, maybe something like Ustad Hotel – rich in flavour and meaning, just like his game.
Batsman

Vishnu Menon Ranjith

A bike lover with a bat, Vishnu Menon Ranjith is the youngest firecracker in the Titans camp. Hailing from Palakkad and fresh off a U-19 state stint, he opens the innings with fearless intent. His game mirrors his motto – It is what it is – accepting challenges head-on, with a smile and a leg-spin option up his sleeve. Expect energy, risk and a little mischief every time Vishnu walks out to bat.
All Rounder

Amal Ramesh

If grit had a face, it might look a lot like Amal Ramesh. The Cherthala-based all-rounder brings a street smart edge to the game – equal parts off-spinner, middle-order bat and relentless team man. Inspired by Jalaj Saxena and Yuvi, Amal’s game thrives on intent. Whether it’s family time or watching ‘M S Dhoni – An Untold Story’ on repeat, he finds meaning in the small things. For Amal, the formula is simple: play with heart, play to win, play like it’s the last over.
All Rounder

Anand Joseph

Anand Joseph doesn’t just play cricket – he carries a spirit of optimism that’s hard to miss. Hailing from Kattappana, this right-handed all-rounder blends aggression with balance. Whether he’s swinging the bat or steaming in with the ball, his goal remains simple: deliver extraordinary performances. Off the field, he’s a cinephile with a soft spot for Shahrukh Khan. Anand’s belief in ‘Always Hope’ isn’t just his motto – it’s his match-day mindset.

Overcoming academic challenges and switching to open schooling, Imran continues to represent Kerala in the U23 circuit, proving his dedication to cricket every step of the way.

Akshay Manohar’s cricket journey started when his cousin recognised his potential early and persuaded his family to support his passion. Akshay’s turning point came during a U19 state tournament, where he scored 400+ runs and claimed 35 wickets, earning him India’s No. 1 ranking among off-spinners. Playing alongside Vishnu Vinod in the KCL was another cherished milestone. Guided by talent, drive, and deep love for the game, Akshay has carved a memorable path in domestic cricket.

Bowler

Shoun Roger

With a first-class debut already under his belt, Shoun Roger walks into the Titans squad with pedigree and purpose. Whether it’s a cue ball or a cricket ball, precision is his thing. Expect Shoun to be among the runs in the Titans’ charge this season.
Bowler

Mohammed Ishaque P

Quiet but deadly with the ball, Mohammed Ishaque is a left-arm spinner from Parappanangadi who believes in the power of belief and grind. Having represented Kerala at the U-25 level, he’s trained in local circuits and sharpened his craft in silence. Off the field, he travels to reset, drawing inspiration from anime and hard-earned wisdom. On the field, he’s here for two things: to lift the trophy and be the best bowler in the league.
wicket Keeper

Arjun A K

Switching batting styles isn’t common – but then again, Arjun A K doesn’t play by the book. Originally a right-hander, he reinvented himself as a left-hand bat, bringing flair and creativity to the middle order. A wicketkeeper from Trivandrum’s Little Masters academy, Arjun is driven by process over outcome. Off the field, he’s the guy who rallies the squad with banter and Sudani from Nigeria references. Every run and every dive, he says, is for the fans.
Batsman

Anand Krishnan

Anand Krishnan’s bat speaks the language of rhythm and reliability. A left-handed opener from Nilambur, he’s played in the Ranji Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy, proving himself against the best. Calm by nature and clinical with the willow, Anand is a film buff who loves Mohanlal’s iconic roles. His quiet confidence translates into match-winning knocks, and this season, he’s all set to anchor the Titans’ charge from the very first ball.
All Rounder

Aditya Vinod

Adithya Vinod is part thinker, part striker. A left-handed all-rounder from Palarivattom, he’s known for clean hitting and deceptive medium pace.
